304 stainless steel is relatively common in the kitchen supplies of Zhancha Metal Products Co., Ltd., but do you know the 400 stainless steel series? The 400 series belongs to ferritic and martensitic stainless steel, does not contain manganese, and the price of raw materials is relatively low. 410 stainless steel: It belongs to martensitic (high-strength chromium steel), has good wear resistance and excellent machinability. Hardened after heat treatment, magnetic, but poor corrosion resistance, not suitable for harsh corrosive environments. In order to save costs, it can replace 304 stainless steel in knives, coasters and other products. And it widely use in bathroom tools, like freestanding toilet paper holder etc.
430 stainless steel: It belongs to ferritic stainless steel, has good corrosion resistance and easy cutting, better thermal conductivity than stainless steel 304, also has thermal fatigue resistance, good mechanical properties of welding seam. Zhancha will be used to make fruit cutters, Potato Press, etc.
304 stainless steel: Contains more than 18% chromium and more than 8% nickel, has better corrosion resistance than 400 series, has high temperature resistance of 800°C, good processing performance, and high toughness. It also has weak magnetism, and the magnetism will become stronger after cold processing such as stretching and stamping. It can also be demagnetized by heat treatment, but the price is relatively expensive. Stainless steel 304 is widely use in kitchenware, bakeware, Barware, etc.
